  • ECL10 speed-faults have been detected with GR2286i. Our hit rate is better than 80%. So, TTL speed-faults are no challenge.
  • Typical test coverage is greater than 99% with component level diagnostics.
  • Combinational (in-circuit & functional) testing can be done on the GR2286i to eliminate or reduce functional test.
